Hong Kong Office supports 2nd Social Enterprise Awards

For the second year running, five people from the Hong Kong office took part in a workshop and mentoring session for young social entrepreneurs across Asia. 

This was part of the Asia Social Innovation Awards sponsored by CVC and promoted by CVC-supported charity, Social Ventures Hong Kong.

Alvin Lam served on the judging panel and chose Indian social enterprise, Saatchi, as the winner out of the 12 finalists – Saatchi makes biodegradable sanitary pads made from locally-sourced banana fibre.
