Senior Advisor to CVC since 2010. Mr Verschelde has worked with CVC since 2002. He was Chairman and CEO of Adisseo and Chairman of CPI, former CVC portfolio companies. He previously worked for the Suez Group as COO of the Water Division and CEO of Lyonnaise des Eaux Worlwide (Municipal Sector). Before Suez, he spent two decades at Air Liquide Group in North America as CEO of North America. Mr Verschelde was educated at the National School of Agronomy and Food Industry, Nancy and the European Institute of Business Administration.
