Hardy McLain is a Managing Partner and a co-founder of CVC Capital Partners Group. He joined CVC in 1988 having previously worked in Citicorp´s Investment Management Group, where he directed the Private Placement activity for the UK and Europe, and Citicorp´s Mezzanine Finance Group. Mr. McLain holds a BA degree in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University, North Carolina and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from UCLA, California.
