In June 2007, CVC funds co-led the acquisition of Amtek Engineering Ltd (‘Amtek’). Amtek is the second largest precision engineering and the largest metal stamping company in Singapore.
The company’s principle product range lies in industrial tooling design, manufacture of metal parts and casings, and contract manufacturing and assembly for electronics and consumer products. The company has 18 manufacturing facilities in nine countries across Europe, Asia and North America and 24 directly-owned subsidiaries.
