Adviser to CVC since 2008. Mr Bollenbach is the former Co-Chairman and CEO of Hilton Hotels Corporation (prior to the Blackstone buyout), a position he held from 1996 to 2007. He is currently Non-executive Chairman of KB Homes, member of the Time Warner board and has recently been invited to the board of AIG. His prior affiliations include Walt Disney Company and the Trump Organization. Steve has been widely recognized as one of the most creative deal finance executives in the country. He sold Hilton at a value of US$26 billion generating an annual shareholder return of 310% since 1996 (stock from US$15 to US$47).
