Managing Director with the CVC TMT team, joined in 2010 from Apax Partners where he was a Senior Principal. Siddharth spent nine years in Apax's Technology and Telecom team leading or co-leading transactions across the sector. Siddharth also spent a year leading the strategic review as well as merger integration at Intelsat, following its purchase of PanAmSat. Prior to Apax, he worked at Monitor Company. He holds First Class MA and BA Degrees from the University of Oxford.
