Managing Director, originally joined CVC Germany in 2004, having gained professional experience with Aventis GmbH, Drueker & Co., Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Beteiligungs AG and 3i Group Plc. Gero graduated from WHU Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He also attended the Olin Graduate School of Business at Washington University and HEC Lausanne.
