Mr Luyten has international experience in a broad range of industries, including, steel, chemicals, packaging, consumer goods distribution, and telecommunications. From a functional perspective, he specialises in corporate and business unit strategy, mergers and acquisitions and organisational performance improvement. Mr Luyten has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the State University of Ghent, a Degree in Business Economics from the Catholic University of Leuven and an MBA from the University of Chicago. |
