| Adviser to CVC since 2010. Mrs Morali is the Founder and CEO of Terrafemina.com and Vice Chairwoman of Fitch Group. She is also on the board of Publicis and Coca Cola Inc. Between 1990 and 2008, Mrs Morali served as Director and COO of Fimalac, an international listed company, operating in financial services. She has also served as a Non-executive Director of Tesco plc and a member of the Conseil des Marchés Financiers. Mrs Morali graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Sciences Politiques and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA), having previously obtained a Business Degree from ESCP, as well as a Masters Degree in Law. |
