Set up in 2008, the FIG team has focused on transactions within the financial services sector. The team has members in Europe, US and Asia.

The Financing team is concerned with all financing aspects of a transaction and manages CVC's bank relationships.

Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Team
The CEE team concentrates on acquiring companies based in Central and Eastern Europe. All of the team members sit in Europe.

The Operations team works in close partnership with our existing deal and Financing teams in order to effect operational improvements within our portfolio companies.

Telecoms, Media & Technology (TMT) Team
The TMT team focuses on the technology, media and telecommunications sector and also works in partnership with our Infrastructure team. The team members are located in Europe.

The Infrastructure team seeks to make equity investments in European infrastructure businesses.

Investor Relations Team
The Investor Relations team is responsible for communicating with our investors on a regular basis through a number of different means.

Fund Administration Team
The Fund Administration team is responsible for reporting to our investors on a regular basis on the performance of the various CVC funds and their respective underlying portfolio company investments.
