CVC Infrastructure seeks to make equity investments in European businesses and related services which characteristically exploit capital intensive assets providing long term stable cash-flows and a relatively low risk profile. They will typically be in one or more of the following sectors:

• Transport;
• Public or business utilities;
• Provision of government services;
• Communications infrastructure;
• Energy production and provision;
• Businesses providing related regulated services.

CVC believes there is a significant opportunity set in Europe from which to earn attractive risk-adjusted returns.
