Following completion of the partnership transaction, our local deal team based in Frankfurt works closely with the company’s founders to develop a strategy that leverages Tipico's unique market position and CVC's extensive industry knowledge.
Within the first three months of CVC's ownership, Tipico has appointed a new management leadership team and reorganised the company to improve efficiency and prepare for its next stage of growth. We expect to create value through further investments in Tipico's product offering, retail presence and CRM.
