Abertis

In August, CVC Funds agreed to invest jointly with ACS (60%/40%) to acquire a 25.8% stake in Abertis, a leading international toll road and telecommunications infrastructure operator.

The company is mainly a toll road group, with motorway assets in Spain and France. Abertis also operates a nationwide coverage network of broadcasting towers in Spain. In addition, Abertis has diversified its core activities by investing in motorways in Latin America, car parking facilities, airports, satellites and logistics parks.
