Rocla Concrete Tie Inc. (RCTI)

In March 1998, CVC Funds led the acquisition of Amatek, an Australian building materials manufacturer with a portfolio that includes laminate flooring, medium density fibre-board, metal building products, insulation and concrete pipes and tie businesses in both Australia and the US.

Since the acquisition, a number of disposals have been made and Amatek now consists of Rocla Concrete Tie Inc. (RCTI), a US-based manufacturer of concrete railway ties.
