Moto's motorway services have been supporting essential travellers by providing food, drink and fuel, and keeping toilet and shower facilities open. NHS workers have been receiving half-price food and free drinks, and UK emergency vehicles benefit from BP's free fuel initiative. HGV drivers have also been provided with free hot meals and hot drinks. The company has also been donating surplus food and funding for local charities, hospitals and foodbanks.

Some of Moto's people have redeployed to a supermarket chain to help feed communities, while furloughed employees are being encouraged to volunteer for the NHS and other initiatives that support the vulnerable.

Through Moto's benevolence fund and to further support Moto's employees and their families, mental health and bereavement helplines have been made available.
