CVC, as the controlling shareholder of the Formula One Group, is delighted that an agreement has been reached between the FIA and the FOTA Teams to allow the FOTA Teams to enter the 2010 FIA Formula One World Championship, bringing to an end their plans for a breakaway series.
CVC, Formula One Group and the Teams are now fully committed to work together to continue the great success of the FIA Formula One World Championship as the premier world championship for racing cars, for the benefit of all the stakeholders and especially for Formula One’s millions of fans.
