CVC Cordatus Limited ('Cordatus'), an independent asset management company and an affiliate of CVC Capital Partners ('CVC'), a leading global private equity and investment advisory firm is pleased to announce three new appointments: Simon Hood, Andrew Davies and Rakesh Pavithran.

Simon Hood joins Cordatus as a Managing Director, Investor Relations with 35 years experience in international banking and portfolio management. Simon has held senior loan capital markets syndicate roles at Bank of America, Citicorp, SBC Warburg and Greenwich NatWest as head of syndicate and senior distribution activities specialising in leveraged finance debt. In the last 10 years Simon was involved in establishing leveraged loan buy side businesses at ING Capital and European Credit Management utilising both CDO and market value structures. Simon was a founding board member of the Loan Market Association ('LMA').

Andrew Davies joins as a Director from GSC group where he was involved with the raising and monitoring of GSC's European credit funds and trading and monitoring of various portfolio companies. He will be assuming portfolio management and monitoring responsibilities alongside the establishment and trading of new loan vehicles.

Rakesh Pavithran joins Cordatus as an Investment Executive. Rakesh joins from Credit Suisse where he worked within the FIG team before transferring to the European Financial Sponsors Group where he was involved with various leverage and high yield offerings.
