This website (the "Website") is the website of each of CVC Capital Partners SICAV-FIS S.A., CVC Capital Partners Advisory Group Holding Foundation, CVC Credit Partners Group Holding Foundation and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates (together, "CVC", "we" or "us").

6.1. 7. Material interests

CVC and/or its directors, officers and employees may have or have had interests or positions or traded in relevant securities. CVC Credit Partners and/or its directors, officers and employees may have or have had interests or positions or traded in relevant securities or interests in a collateral debt obligation. Furthermore, such entities or persons may have or have had a relationship with or may provide or have provided corporate finance or other services to or serve or have served as directors of relevant companies.

8. Conflicts of interest

We have appropriate guidelines and policies in place in order to deal appropriately with any conflicts of interests that may arise.

9. FCA-authorised entities

Within CVC there are three Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") authorised entities:

  1. CVC Advisers Limited;
  2. CVC Credit Partners Limited; and
  3. CVC Credit Partners Investment Management Limited.

10. CSSF-authorised entities

CVC Capital Partners SICAV-FIS S.A. is authorised by the Luxembourg financial sector regulator (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier – "CSSF"). Although CVC Capital Partners SICAV-FIS S.A. is subject to the CSSF, the registration of CVC Capital Partners SICAV-FIS S.A. as an investment company with variable capital – specialised investment fund does not imply a positive assessment by the CSSF of the quality of CVC Capital Partners SICAV-FIS S.A.

11. No private customers

Investments or investment services advertised on the Website are not available to private customers in the UK or in Luxembourg and should not be relied on by private customers in the UK or in Luxembourg. The Website is directed only at professional clients (within the meaning of the FCA Handbook Definitions or for Luxembourg, within the meaning of Annex 2 of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive) and any services provided by any member of either the CVC Capital Partners or CVC Credit Partners group will only be available to such professional clients. No-one else should act on or otherwise rely on any information on the Website.

12.1. 14. Viruses, bots and scrapers

14.1. We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access the Website. You should use your own virus protection software.

14.2. You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which the Website is hosted or any server, computer or database connected to the Website. You must not attack the Website including, without limitation, via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you could commit a criminal offence under the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990, or a similar law.
