We are delighted to announce the establishment of CVC's Global Financial Institutions sector team, effective 1 September 2008. Jonathan Feuer, a Managing Partner at CVC, will lead the team. Jonathan has been with CVC for more than 20 years and has a wealth of private equity experience. He will be joined by Peter Rutland, who has significant experience in the sector.
Jonathan will be building this Financial Institutions sector team with direct reports in Europe, the US and Asia, Whilst having a sector focus, they will be very much embedded into CVC’s existing network and culture, working alongside the country investment teams, adding their expertise to deal generation and execution and contributing to the overall success of CVC Funds.
This initiative demonstrates CVC's continued ambition to be a leading investor in all important industry sectors and we believe that there are significant investment opportunities in this sector.
Rob Lucas, Managing Partner will take full responsibility of the UK team effective 1 September 2008.
