CVC Capital Partners ("CVC"), a leading global private equity firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of CHAN Tze Ching, Ignatius as Senior Advisor to CVC, with immediate effect. TC will join CVC's Global Financial Institutions Advisory Board to support CVC’s activities in the financial services sector in Asia.

TC Chan was previously Head of Corporate & Investment Banking / Senior Country Corporate Officer for Greater China at Citigroup and Deputy Chief Executive at Bank of China. TC has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry in Asia, which includes senior executive positions in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan during his distinguished career at Citigroup. He currently serves as senior advisor to the Bank of East Asia, the third largest bank in Hong Kong and as a Non-executive Director on the board of the Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Limited. Among his many public and community services, TC currently chairs the Hong Kong Advisory Committee on HR Development in the Financial Services Sector and is a member of the Hong Kong Advisory Committee on Bond Market Development.
