CVC is delighted to announce that it has appointed Christopher Bown to act as a Senior Adviser to CVC, following his stepping down from his role at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in April 2014. Chris will be available to provide advice and assistance to all CVC deal teams and portfolio companies, working alongside our external counsel and in-house team as required.
As head of Freshfield's private equity practice Chris has acted for CVC on many occasions over the last eight years, and we are very pleased to be able to retain the benefit of his considerable experience and expertise for the firm in this new capacity.
