CVC Capital Partners ("CVC") today announced that CVC Fund VI has agreed to acquire Vitalia Home ("Vitalia"). The investment is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Vitalia is one of Spain's largest national groups in the management of social and sanitary services and centres. Long term stay, medium stay and day care services are offered in all its centres, with the support of specialised units.
Current management led by Mr. Cosculluela and Portobello Capital will remain as minority shareholders.
The terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
