2026 Share Buyback Programme

CVC Capital Partners plc has launched a €350 million share buyback programme to return capital to shareholders. The programme is expected to be executed in multiple tranches, with the first tranche of up to €75 million announced alongside the Company’s 2025 Full-Year Results. Details of transactions carried out under the programme are published below in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
