CVC announces new Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

We are delighted to welcome Brechje van der Velden to CVC as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, and Partner.

Brechje will oversee all legal and compliance matters across CVC globally, as well as supporting the Board and each of our seven platforms. 

Brechje joins from Allen & Overy where she was a member of their Global Executive Committee. She has over 25 years of experience acting as a trusted board-level adviser on governance and strategic issues across funds, corporates and financial institutions.
