CVC Capital Partners ("CVC"), a leading global Private Equity firm, is pleased to announce a new senior appointment in Asia. Mr Randall Lee has joined as a Managing Director to the Korea Team, based in Seoul.

Previously, Mr Lee worked as a Director at Lone Star Advisors in Korea where he completed a number of successful private equity investments. His most recent position was Managing Director of Eugene Asset Management in Korea where he was part of its Alternative Investments Group. He also worked at GE Capital Services where he was involved in corporate business development and commercial finance. Mr Lee holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS Degree from Columbia University.

CVC has completed a number of private equity investments in Korea, including WiniaMando (specialty consumer appliances), CJ CGV (movie theaters), Haitai Confectionery (food), and DM Foods (dairy products). CVC's other Korean team members include Brian Hong, John Kim and Chris Lee.

Mr Lee said, "I look forward to joining the CVC Korea team and continuing CVC's footprint in Korea where it has been investing for over 10 years."
