Ambrose Construct Group (“ACG”), a leading provider of insurance repair and restoration services in Australia, will partner with CVC Capital Partners to accelerate its next phase of growth.
CVC Capital Partners Asia VI, a private equity fund managed by leading global private markets manager CVC Capital Partners, has signed to acquire a controlling stake in ACG from existing shareholders, including CPE Capital (CPEC) and founders Brett and Melissa Ambrose.
The partnership with CVC will help drive the next phase of growth for ACG, which is a leading national provider in Australia’s essential insurance repair and restoration industry, with unique technology and workflow capabilities that enable delivery at scale of high-quality service and customer experience to insurers and their underlying policy holders.

ACG’s founders and management team will remain invested and continue to drive the business forward. The acquisition is expected to complete by early 2027, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
