CVC Capital Partners ("CVC") is pleased to announce that Mr. Steve Lim will join as Chairman of Korea, based in the city of Seoul.
Prior to joining CVC, Mr. Steve Lim was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of J.P. Morgan in Korea where he was a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee. He is a member of the Financial Industry Strategic Policy Advisory Council for Seoul and was awarded the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Strategy and Finance Award in 2013. Earlier, Mr. Lim worked in the Investment Banking division of Salomon Brothers in Seoul, Tokyo and New York, and worked at Kidder Peabody and Procter & Gamble in the United States. Mr. Lim holds a BA from Korea University and an MBA from George Washington University.
