On Saturday 15 September over 500 triathletes and duathletes from over 70 firms across the PE and financial industries competed in the Impetus-PEF triathlon, sponsored by Acuris and in association with the BVCA.
For the fifth year running, CVC sponsored the event. Led by managing partner Marc Boughton, 20 employees and family members from CVC's private equity and credit businesses competed in the event's seven different races.
Proceeds from this year's triathlon were a record £400,000 which will allow Impetus to continue transforming the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds by ensuring they get the right support to succeed in school, in work and in life.
